Right to left is not fully supported

By deprecating customTextAlign ,Right to left is not fully supported.
For example for <b> tag:

You will need to apply a Style to the document and explicitly set the text alignment to be TextAlignment.rtl.

I know how to use in new style(textDirection: TextDirection.rtl) but it's not fully supported and some of them are ltr as I mentioned before, but customTextAlign: (_) => TextAlign.right is fully supported rtl!
I found that with useRichText: true right to left would be OK.
