Bulletpoints not work well in unordered list when use like <li><p>xx</p></li>

I've got content that is of the form:

<ul><li><p>xxx</p></li><li><p>xxx</p></li></ul>

then bulletpoints not work well both with ^0.10.4 and ^0.11.0.
