Atempt to use dask for pool_engine.
The idea behind this is to be able to detect_peak on very hevay recording (several days) or 10k channel by distributing teh chunks over a slurm grid.
This is more or less working but this is slower than a local maching with multi process.
I need to investigate more (but later)
