More modular LLM callback created.
Added possibility to update and add additional llm model costs to a simple dictionary.
OpenAI and Bedrock handled with proprietary methods whenever possible.
Every other model will got rough a custom general callback manager.

It is possible that you need to update your LICENCE since I used and modified some code from langchain. I'll leave it up to you, but something as follows should be fine:
