model.save_weights: When the weight name is nested multiple times (e.g. when the model has two weight names:bert/layer/dense/kernal:0andbert/layer/dense_1/bias:0the weight saved bybert/layer/dense/kernal:0may overwritten bybert/layer/dense_1/bias:0), the API doesn't work as expected.
