Enhancements made as RSG is going through the estimation data bundle creation process for SANDAG.

Changes include:

  • Auto ownership pre-processor
  • adding joint tour info to cdap estimation
  • joint tour frequency composition working in estimation mode
  • throw runtime error if forcing participants did not work in joint tour participation (avoid infinite loop!)
  • skipping adding school escorting tables if no escorting selected
