Fix codecs informed in CRCX response #229
Description
When RMS is using a specific configuration for codecs, the response for a MGCP CRCX message needs to omit codecs disabled in the configuration.
This issue was originally reported when the configuration was applied to G729, like described at https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/mobicents-public/H6J_a9ekUSo.
