This PR adds support for Components V2; this feature is currently unreleased (but will be within the coming weeks). We were implored to make PRs, so this is being opened for review purposes.
All 7 new component types have been implemented and tested manually; partial types have also been added for completeness; the only missing thing is test json for de/serialization
