Add GameMode, remove res, add death cost (capped at 100% of normal level cost).

TODO:

  • Let players choose game mode.
  • Normal -> Easy/Hard (Once)
  • Hard -> Easy or Normal (Once)
  • PermaDeath: haha Nope
  • Keep track of how many levels they spent on each mode
