Automated staff broadcasts on a timer #118
Description
Similar to how *shutdown does broadcasts, but the ability to do a repeatable customizaable broadcast on a timer, with whatever message we want, with an interval in between...say like once per hour, and ending after 24 hours or 48 hours or 2 hours or whatever. Customizable. Able to start/kill them from the in MUD command line.
i.e. ### The new Tokoki Peak area has been opened. Please report any issues you find to Funbad.
i.e. ### We will be shutting down RoH this weekend for server maintenance.
### RoH will be down from Friday 12/10/2024 at 2pm CST until Sunday 12/12/2024 at 1pm CST.
i.e. ### We will be rebooting for the latest rebuild at 7pm CST. Please do what you need to before then.
