Move RxJava docs to ReactiveX, integrate with other ReactiveX docs (EDGE-2004)

This will also involve changing the sample code so that it's in Java 8.

Move generic ReactiveX information to generic ReactiveX docs (e.g. list of operators).

Take Groovy code samples and move them to RxGroovy docs where appropriate.

I've created draft pages for several operators (Buffer, Catch, Concat, Count, Merge, Retry, StartWith, and Window) that include filled-in sections for RxCpp, RxGroovy, RxJava, RxJS, RxKotlin, Rx.NET, RxPY, Rx.rb, and RxScala, but from here out I'm going to be concentrating on RxJava (and its RxGroovy cousin) and RxJS. For the rest of the language-specific implementations, I'll leave placeholder sections in the operator pages but will leave these to be filled in by folks with expertise in those implementations.

We're still working on a strategy for integrating single-source, tested code samples into the documentation.

We're also considering getting the RxMarbles interactive diagrams integrated somehow.

I'll take care of that. It's been taking some time because I dived into solving some problems with the single-page-app architecture it has. Ended up building a framework (Cycle), with which I'll rewrite RxMarbles. Then I also want to implement withLatest operator in RxJS so it can solve some problems in RxMarbles. So, yeah, I've got side tracked. But I'll try to get pragmatic and make RxMarbles embeddable. 👍
