Wrapping kernels that has incompatibility with Navi arch with conditional compilation to unblock Navi execution.
Example command to run on Navi is: VLLM_USE_ROCM_CUSTOM_PAGED_ATTN=0 VLLM_USE_ROCM_SKINNY_GEMM=0 python benchmarks/benchmark_latency.py --model /data/models/llama-2-7b-chat-hf --input-len 2048 --output-len 128 --batch-size 8
