0.7.0 release #127
Description
It'd be nice to do a 0.7.0 release after #124 is merged, as that should unblock running NumPy CI using pytest-run-parallel.
Before we do that, we should double-check we're not causing any downstream regressions in a few projects that use pytest-run-parallel on big test suites (SciPy and CFFI maybe?). We should find the same number of tests collected and the runtime for collecting and running the tests should hopefully not appreciable change.
