Closes #5 and should close #4

Hi, for a personal projects I needed this so I converted it to 4.4
I've changed some logic around - e.g its no longer an Autoload as I need seperate instances and its no longer solely for images.

I also dont put the javascript as a plain string but instead load it in _ready.
This is is less-great for addon-consumers, but makes the deveopment flow way easier.

Could eventually even use GdUnit and test against javascript files that return mock byte array.
