Go through SIWF SSO tutorial and note what works and what doesn't

For documentation purposes, Go through the [Getting Started SSO tutorial] (https://projectlibertylabs.github.io/gateway/GettingStarted/SSO.html) and document the following:

1. anything that doesn't work
2. instructions that are incorrect (as opposed to bugs in the code that you run)
3. instructions that are confusing, unclear, or missing
