Logs from Argo need to be sent to Opensearch

When an Argo execution happens the logs from its containers are currently lost,

these need picking up and sending to the logger with the correct tags so that the logs are viewable.

A check needs to be done by the Argo plugin to ensure that the pods wont be deleted immediately afterwards (before we can retrieve the logs).
