Function signatures for apiKey() and accessToken() are wrong

Type 'undefined' is not assignable to type '(name: string) => string | undefined'.

Hey thanks for the fix. I’m happy to merge the fix but you might be interested to know that work on this fork has shifted here: OpenAPITools/openapi-generator#569 I would highly recommend you use the code from that branch/pr as it entails many additional fixes.
