[BUG] Gmail (Developer App) - New Attachment source not working consistently

Describe the bug
I've configured a workflow that polls every 15s for a new attachment.

1. The first issue I encountered is that the first events took a long time to show up, and then emitted all at once.

2. After about ~50 events emitted, no more events have emitted since, despite receiving many more emails with attachments.

Interestingly, it looks like @vunguyenhung didn't encounter the same issue when it was raised recently #12168, I'm wondering if the label has anything to do with it though?

Looking at the polling code at common.mjs, We could use some improvements:

• Add search by date in q (e.g. last 7 days)
• Increase maxResults to 500
• Paginate until no more messages
• Filter by INBOX label
