This PR creates a UI for uploading Datasets, following the Figma design. This UI update also involves changes to the layout of the Project Configuration menu in order to make it more intuitive and support Dataset Upload.
The following video demonstrates usage of the Dataset Upload menu, processing the uploaded files after submitting, and visualization of the resulting Dataset:
