Middleware wants to add file to its cache after warming up

I have warmed up the cache. When I try to add a TIQR token in selfservice, it will call middleware. Middleware will then return this error:

\"An exception has been thrown during the rendering of a template (\"Unable to write in the cache directory (/opt/openconext/OpenConext-middleware-4.5.1/var/cache/prod/twig/14).\").\"

The expected behaviour is that middleware already has it's cache warmed up and does not need to add more to it
