Trim dependencies

Feature request

With the advent of OmniParse/Anthopic 3.5/Uground, we likely no longer need separate segmentation models.

This task involves removing dependencies and deprecating unused code around them:

• detectron2
• ultralytics
• large parts of the vision module
• what else?
