Combine Apps/Programs

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I never really care about the internal difference between an app and a program, I want to list the things that open and allow me to do things on my computer, and I want Minecraft (app) to show up in the same list as FFXIV (program).

Describe the solution you'd like
Need a command for apps_and_programs which lists the results from programs & apps together, sorted alpha.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I have no idea what else might be an option.

I figured out that you can set a Link to "Applications | Shell:AppsFolder". It also flattens, in a super naive way.
