CLI should watch package.json files in the application

To work properly in LiveSync operation, CLI should watch the following package.json files:

• root's package.json
• package.json inside (app/src) folder
• package.json files of nativescript plugins inside node_modules

NOTE: This is a must for kinvey-nativescript-sdk plugin which have specific logic of modifying its own content when a change in the app/package.json file occurs.
