iOS --debug-brk fails the majority of the time #3122

doing tns debug ios --debug-brk will probably only 10% of the time actually break. The majority of the time it does not break during startup meaning I have to reset the program a couple times before I can get it to break.
Which platform(s) does your issue occur on?
iOS

TNS 3.1 through TNS 3.2
Please tell us how to recreate the issue in as much detail as possible.
Attempt to debug break a NativeScript Angular app. (I think it fails more on NAN apps)
