Map shorthand unit names to their fully-qualified names #2
Description
ESRI uses shorthand unit names instead of of the fully-qualified names like the web/RSS feeds use ex MED865 -> MEDIC 86-5. With enough datapoints, this should be as simple as just building an internal mapping.
