Enable offline mode

Progressive Web Apps (PWA) have become the new norm in building web apps. PWA provides a unique set of features for the mobile web, providing a naive-like experience. One of the core features of PWA is offline-first capability.

React should already have packages to enable this. React wrapper doesn't have state management, so implementing this should be straight forward.
