Improvements for v2

2. reduce hole size for screw terminals, probably 80%

Don't use GPIO2 / Touch 2, that one seems to be reserved on some boards...

Touch2/Top seems to be connected to the onboard LED, can't use it for touch. Look for some other pin!

Align PCB differently, Pins sadly collide with frame.

Seems like left side top 5 are input only and every other is in use already. Left side of HUB75 is therefore fixed.

Might be possible to shift right side around a bit, e.g. by routing GPIO32 from side side and using that ones touch.
