Schedule on current day of week makes next run 1 week out instead of current day

If you schedule a job to run on the current day at a later hour the timezone offset from the server time is not setting the job schedule appropriately. Based on the gap of hours from the current time to selected scheduled hh:mm, it will schedule the job to run a week out on the selected day/time instead of on the current day.
