Fixed a typo in the MSI upload app packages documentation where "Windows 10 and 11" was inconsistently formatted compared to other documentation files.
What was changed
Changed "Windows 10 and 11" to "Windows 10 or Windows 11" in the Device family availability section to match the consistent format used throughout all other app publishing documentation (PWA, MSIX, etc.).

Fixes #5333.
