Adds version-scoped and version+threshold feature flag examples with deterministic matching to docs/remote-feature-flags.md.

• Docs (docs/remote-feature-flags.md):
  • Add version-based scope examples for object flags with semantic version matching and closest lower/equal version selection.
  • Add composed version-based + threshold scope examples showing progressive rollout by app version and user percentage.
  • Include concrete JSON samples and outcome examples for various app versions.
