Specify how we distribute the docker image and differentiate it from hosting

EE prospects are often confused and ask if they need an AWS account for EE to run. It would be beneficial to distinguish why they need an AWS account in documentation. They need AWS only for the distribution of the docker image, but after that, they can deploy EE on any platform.
