Optionally ignore some tables

Currently db-sync requires that both the database schema and the geopackage in Mergin project contain the same tables. But sometimes in the database there are tables that should not be synchronised to Mergin projects. It would be good to have an option in db-sync to ignore some tables and not sync them.

(This will probably need to be implemented on geodiff level)
