Issue with OpenAPI 3.0 parameter generation

Describe the bug
When using OpenAPI 3.0, parameters are not properly added to the generated file.

Expected behavior
The parameters should be properly handled for OpenAPI 3.0.

Note: I found the issue already and will make a PR soon. This issue is mostly open for easier tracking.
