Does nothing. And is not seen in hovers.

I think this should be provided by a TODO extension.

I don't think a separate extension should be necessary to annotate the annotations

If I want to make an internal comment I have to do it out of place

I just think it would be more logical to be able to do something like this It doesn't even have to be called todo, just some way to not have the following text show in hovers.

--- @todo Attached to the logical block but won't show in hover

I can support any unknown ---@ xxx without displaying them in hover.
