Release v0.4.0 #220
Description
- Update Readme (library version + Kotlin version)
- Write in the changelog what has changed
- Run a publication in CI
- Create a new release and copy what got into the changelog, tag it
- Check that all artifacts have reached the staging repository in maven, close it and release it
