Bumps KoDEx to 0.4.0 with the necessary package-name changes in the Gradle files. On DataFrame's side nothing major changes, aside from better future compatibility and that we can now use KoDEx on type aliases too :).
KoDEx's IDEA plugin is also being released with highlighting and stuff :) https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/26250
