Make method declaration for four APIs more consistent

• Be sure that all methods are ordered by the same order (all, ColumnSelector, String, Reference, KProperties)
• Be sure that there are no missed APIs
• Reformat the code
• Add spaces correctly between functions
• add some docs if new method was added or removed

I also see different argument names. One prevalent one is "cols" v/s "columns".
