Refactor: Update props, modal positioning logic change and readme update #41

Description:

Correct invalid installation command in Readme
Group header props, add minimum bound for page size, and expose mark as read' functionality on click
Adjusted the modal positioning to depend solely on the icon's position.
Add new prop to hide delete icon
Test and snapshot update
