Error in installing because v0.1.1 doesn't contain `src/Datasets/datasets.jl`

From FluxML/Metalhead.jl#105 (comment): A little digging showed that this file, while present in master, isn't in the release version - the source code downloaded from https://github.com/JuliaML/MLUtils.jl/releases doesn't have it either and it causes an error while installing the package

How is that possible? I see the file in the zip downloaded from https://github.com/JuliaML/MLUtils.jl/releases and the realased version should correspond to the last commit on the main branch

I....am unsure myself. When I wget and untar it, I get datasets.jl but not Datasets.jl - vice versa when the package is being installed or when I download the zip file and extract it via a GUI app

https://discussions.apple.com/thread/251191099 🤦🏽‍♂️ macOS has a case insensitive file system by default. Hence I end up getting only one of the files

I suppose we need to enable CI on Windows/macOS as well to catch these issues.
