Move to JuliaArrays

There is some overlap to the package https://github.com/JuliaArrays/StructsOfArrays.jl, which appears to be unmaintained. Since that package lives inside JuliaArrays, it seems to be the "official" solution for this.

So it might be a good idea to move StructArrays to JuliaArrays, and maybe deprecate StructsOfArrays?

I confess that I also feel that at some point it could be useful to move some of this to Base...
Anyway, closing the issue as the repo is now in JuliaArrays.
