Simplify __init__

Tables may just be necessary to satisfy the Tables interface but I'd rather not have WeakRefStrings.

Possible action plan:

- move `pool` to IndexedTables (it is not needed here)
- make `roweq` not necessary on WeakRefStrings (only `flatten` in IndexedTables uses it there)
- `fastpermute!`? No idea
