Tag new release?

The current master fixes some issues we were having on GPUs (JuliaGPU/KernelAbstractions.jl#138). Can you tag a new release?

Sorry for the slow response! This will be a breaking release and there are a couple of things I'd like to get in before tagging (see milestones). #147 could potentially be postponed to the following breaking release, but #137 should definitely be in this one. I'll try to give it a go in the next few days if I have the time!
