Can we use the P value to determine whether a cell type or tissue is more susceptible in the diseased group compared to the healthy group?

Based on the results of the disease group and the healthy group obtained through gsmap, can we determine whether the disease group is more susceptible than the healthy group by using the P-value? thank you！
