Idea: Seed Chest

Add a chest that can store all our seeds (but only our seeds) no matter how many types we end up with (Similar in concept to Forestry's Apiarist Chest).

Could there also be a better chest (possible more expensive) that stores seeds from all mods (maybe using Ore Dict.). It would be great if these chests stacked items like Filing Cabinets from Extra Utilities!
