The file should describe only about the generalities of the package & preferred / latest version of Api.

Version specific usage are already provided in:
instamojo-php-develop\docs\v2.0\README.md &
instamojo-php-develop\docs\v1.1\README.md

If we are using multiple README.md then the root file should have very generic info instead of version specific usage.
