This PR adds unit tests to cover the following scenarios:
UID2Clientreceives a response from thegeneraterequest that is just{ "status": "optout" }. This should be handled and detected that the user has opted-out. No identity will be returnedUID2Managerwill reset any existing identity when a new one is generated that is opted-out.
