Create a startbox that participant starts every trial standing in

• startbar will still be present
• trial starts when subject leaves the box/hits the startbar

@MocapMike created a start box. The countdown doesn't start until the player leaves <- this functionality isn't working yet but it's the intention

Both "sides" of the start box pop up during VOR trial - this needs to be fixed
