Move Family Members to top section of family plan

Currently, adding Family Members to a plan is done through the Children / Pets section.

Remove the Children and Pets sections as well as the Walkthrough and Manage section.

List family members and pets below the Plan Name and provide provide an Add button as shown in the wireframes

We won't have the option to add from contacts yet so just focus on manual entry for person and pet

I labelled this as good first issue but beware that this might be a little more advanced than your typical first issue, unless you already have a good working knowledge of Vue
