Nest newly created group properly when selected layers are within an existing group

When creating a new group make sure it goes under the same parent that the layers selected are already under.

As opposed to what it does now:

(It just places it at the bottom)
It should also go between the layers from which the selected layers were grouped from, not just at the bottom of the group or hierarchy.
