@Sita04 this is failing due an IAM flaky test (see the Java 8 build log), due to a conflict between service accounts.

I think the issue is that that we are iterating through all bindings attached to the test project, rather than the specific binding created during that test run. So, there can be a race condition if multiple Java version tests are running at the same time.
